The Giver of Life

The Ankh is an ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol that represents the word for “life” and is also the symbol of life. The ankh is represented by a t-shape with a droplet shaped loop. It is commonly depicted in the hands of ancient Egyptian deities and oftentimes showing them handing them to the pharaoh and represents their power to sustain life and revive humans.
